At Polly Store, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our shipping and returns policies to ensure you have all the information you need.
Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Using DHL or FedEx, your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS, with delivery expected within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Swimwear: Swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including all original tags and packaging. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
